Deep breath.
You’re exactly where you need to be.

Whatever your reason is for being here, know that you are not alone. I am so happy you’ve taken this step on your path to healing. I would be honoured to help and support you on your journey.

We all possess an inherent understanding of our needs, but sometimes past experiences create barriers, making it difficult to access this knowledge. During our sessions, I’ll stand beside you as an ally, offering support and collaboration as you reconnect with your inner wisdom.

“My aim is to help you uncover the amazing strengths, tools and awareness that already resides within you.”

My work is trauma-informed and holistic, creating a judgement-free space so you can feel supported while you freely express yourself, explore feelings, and grow. Your needs are always central to our work together.

“I understand the challenges of seeking help, trusting, and speaking up—I've been there. My own journey as a client has fuelled my desire to support others through similar challenges.“

A little bit about me.

For over a decade I have immersed myself in the helping field, traversing various roles, and aiding individuals grappling with many challenges—from anxiety and depression to life transitions. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the intrinsic wisdom of each person's journey, guiding me towards a client-centered, collaborative approach.

In my practice, I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental environment, committed to helping clients navigate change and process their experiences. Rooted in empathy, I integrate evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs and preferences.

Having experience working with diverse populations I endeavour to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for all folks and recognize the privilege I hold as a white, cisgender, non-disabled women.

Settling on the North Shore over two decades ago has given me a profound connection to our natural landscapes and fostered my passion for Nature-Based Therapy. My practice offers Walking Therapy to those drawn to the healing power of nature.

Outside of my private practice I work at the Canadian Mental Health Association North & West Vancouver Branch.

I hold a Master of Counselling Degree from City University and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (20661) with British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
